Hey Guys! I'm honored to be writing for you all today! Today's Beer Tasting will be a crowd source because I don't drink. I do, however, work at Walmart and see bountiful customers coming through that I was able to ask for suggestions, reviews, and critiques of different beers, stouts, IPAs, and APAs.
After filtering through the typical big names, I fell upon ZIMA. This is a limited release only for this summer.
This malt strikes particularly strong among Wine lovers as it is light, refreshing, and bubbling. The low calories allow healthy drinkers to enjoy this brewed delight from LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Most people recommending this drink explains it's citrus flavour as a uniquely subtle compliment to the light carbonation that distinguishes itself from typical citrus flavoured citrus carbonations.
This bubbly delight goes well with lemon or pineapple juice. It's best served straight from the cooler and is light enough to stand alone or accompany any type of meal. Many prefer bringing ZIMA to the beach to enjoy with a beautiful view. The final aspect of this beverage is the scarcity. This makes me, a speculator, question the hype around this beverage. Zima holds a special place in my heart. It came out originally around the last year or so I was in high school. So, it was my first sneak around beer. My buddy had an older girlfriend, and we would have her buy us something to drink from time to time. This time it was Zima......Needless to say I had a few...fast forward so many years, I caught it when I came back out recently, and it still held up. I dont know why it went away in the first place. One of my favorite drinks of all time. This article was really good, enjoyed the read, and the trip down memory lane.
