I like the idea of A & B (and combine it with the stake of the recipient's BEER)... but make it on a sliding scale:
e.g. If PersonX gifts !BEER to PersonY
the value Person Y receives would be:
- 0.01 if PersonY holds/stakes 0 BEER
- 0.1 if PersonY holds/stakes >0 BEER
- 0.2 if PersonY holds/stakes >??? BEER
- 0.3 if PersonY holds/stakes >??? BEER
... and so on until: - 1 BEER is PersonY has more than ???? BEER staked
... and PersonX can only call 1 x !BEER per 6 BEERS staked every day.
i.e. The frivolous/fun aspect is maintained and introduces randoms to BEER (but not enough for them to dump and put downward pressure on the market), but real BEER lovers (who hold/stake BEER and thus put no downward pressure) are rewarded more.

Actually... I like this idea so much, that I'm going to (eventually) implement it for my BRAAIB token as well, and just for triggering my thinking it, you get a !BRAAIB 1
P.S. 1 BRAAIB = ~13 STEEM in the real world (in South Africa anyway) i.e. it can be claimed for actual food & beer at my brick & mortar bistros... 1 Braaibery (my own beer) costs 1 BRAAIB (roughly 13 STEEM at the current ZAR/USD/STEEM exchange rates).
Hehe, I will come to SA and convert BRAAIB to real beer and party with you.
