Hey you are really good at movie write ups! It is both sad that it is so hard to find mainstream movies that pass the Bechdel test, and heartening that a major Hollywood blockbuster was just made with an almost all Black cast and featuring strong female characters. Maybe some progress is being made. Not time to jump up and down in the aisles and shout hooray, but still encouraging. I have not seen several of these and your enthusiastic writing makes me want to drop everything and watch them right now!
