Beauty and health with coconut oil
Coconut oil has a characteristic sweetish, delicate aroma and a pleasant nutty flavor. I use it both for cooking different dishes, and for cosmetic purposes.

Coconut oil in cosmetology is a wonderful helper. I try at least 2 times a week to make masks with coconut oil, and my skin is delighted. If you do not know how to use coconut oil, offer your favorite recipe.
You will need: 0.5 cups of refined coconut oil and 0.5 glasses of soda.
Cooking method
Melt the coconut oil in a water bath so that it becomes liquid. Add stirring soda until a thick scrub. All the mask is ready. Apply massaging mask on face. Leave for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Such procedures can be performed 1-2 times a week, and you will notice how the black spots disappear, and fine wrinkles will smooth out, and the face will refresh. Coconut oil will give dry skin the missing moisture, and the fatty will dry it a little and take away an unattractive shine.

Due to the content of saturated fatty acids, coconut oil is practically not oxidized, it has a fairly long shelf life, since the oil does not react with air, and even outside the refrigerator, remains suitable for a long time.
This oil contains vitamins A and E, antioxidants, valuable acids that help to cope with cholesterol and keep the vessels clean.
Coconut oil can be used to lighten age spots by rubbing oil in the skin. It prevents the appearance of stretch marks during pregnancy. It can also be used as a fragrant tropical massage oil.
Coconut oil is a useful and tasty food. Used for dietary nutrition, it is safe to fry, it does not become carcinogenic, and cleanses the body.

Coconut oil is the best for so many things. Toothpaste through to cooking.
I have used coconut oil on my hands for eczema and it is very helpful. I also use it as an all natural moisturizer for my 10 month old daughter's skin. I've never tried using it for diaper rash but have heard it is helpful for that also!!
