Beautiful Sunday – Visiting "Parguito" beach
Today I will show you my walk on a very popular beach on the island where I live. This is the "Parguito" beach, in the northeast of Isla de Margarita. It has a strong swell and is ideal for surfing.
Parguito beach has a lot of activity throughout the year. It offers residents and tourists, restaurants with delicious meals. Fried fish, seafood in different presentations, "empanadas" are very popular.
If you want to refresh yourself, and if you like drinks, you can find cocktails, juices, "cocadas" (coconut drink) and many other drinks.
You will also have fun and you will enjoy a lot with the surprises that you can find.
One of the most representative icons of this beach are sea turtles. Several times a year they nest there.
This is a figure of a turtle that is in one of the places on the beach.
It is ideal to share with your loved ones. Who does not like to cool off with a dip? Generally, Sundays are beach days. In addition, it is very beautiful to take pictures.

ohh! Venezuelan empanadas are made from corn flour dough precooked with water, salt, a little sugar; stuffed with ingredients such as: shredded white cheese, black beans, ground meat or ground beef, shredded chicken, or fish; which is finally fried in oil. They have the shape similar to that dish mentioned but here they are not puff pastry but precooked cornmeal and are fried :)

Wow what a stunning view, that is a coastline to die for and the waves on the ocean are just perfect - I imagine that is very popular indeed with Surfers.
That is surely a plate full of very fresh fish, we like to deep fry our fish in Batter in the UK as well - it's almost our national dish!
