📷 My beautiful Sunday
Have a nice day! Today is Sunday again and we are going for a fascinating walk. This time I will show you our holiday fairs, which are often organized on weekends right on Pushkin square near the Legislative Assembly of the city of Krasnodar.
These days come here for the real carts of the Kuban Cossack villages and all the rest from work problems, enjoying delicious food and fun entertainment.
At the fairs you can see the old spinning wheels, which once our great-grandmothers spun wool.
And many different antique looms for weaving.
Here you can often see and exciting workshops. And anyone can try their hand and check the possibilities.
Sometimes you can see how Kuban masters work with beads.
It is very laborious occupation, but products turn out at them very attractive. I especially like their handmade lace. They are so bright and original.
The entire territory of such fairs is beautifully decorated with various decorations. There are always a lot of flowers both live and decorative.
Here and there built wells, wooden fence. This is done in order to convey the flavor of the past. Today, this on the streets of the city you are certainly nowhere to be found.
Especially not indifferent to such structures children. They strive and climb inside to check their contents :-)
And this time I saw this cart with a lot of handmade dolls.
Strolling through the city, you can sometimes see those funny air characters with small legs, shod in cool sneakers :-)
And if you suddenly raise your head, then consider this beautiful coat of arms with the image of a double-headed eagle, an ancient symbol of power. For the first time such an eagle appeared during the formation of the first developed countries (about five thousand years ago).
However, throughout its history, this coat of arms could be interpreted in different ways. Today it is depicted on many symbols of power (flags and coats of arms) of various countries.
And the fact that the heads of this bird are directed in opposite directions, means that he watches both the West and the East. However, in itself it is a whole being, embodying the unity and cohesion of the people inhabiting our country. Two-headed eagle also symbolizes the image of the sun, and means nobility and power.
Many historians argue that the emergence of this symbol in Russia is associated with the name of Sophia Palaeologus.
And we move on. There are many interesting places in our city. Often, walking around the fair you can find such mini models made by craftsmen for leisure children!
We already have the first signs of autumn in some places.
Trees and shrubs are beginning to acquire orange and yellows shades. This tree is called sumac.
In autumn it becomes multicolored and very beautiful. And its fruits are often used for cooking meat and various second courses. They are a good and flavorful seasoning.
I have a lot of photos and every time I make new ones, but I do not want to overwork you with my pictures. Next time there will be a lot of them too :-)

Lots of nice handicraft works there.
Thank you very much for your attention!
Many of us today are engaged in needlework and various crafts.
And every Sunday they hold fairs of folk art.
You're welcome.

Excellent article, full of beautiful photos. You're right about the Eagle. It's used by many countries, families and even football clubs! My favourite club has a dragon instead! 😂
The dragon is also interesting in its own way. Thank you for your attention!

The old spinning wheels and looms are amazing, so good to see them still being used as well. I really like the wooden horse and cart filled with the hand made dolls. A wonderful day out - with so much creativity to see.
