A very relaxing way to spend Sunday is to walk by the sea. The air and freshness that is experienced here helps to energize the body and is just what I need right now.

In the end, I was exhausted, but with enough energy to start the new week 💪😁.

I'm loving the zebra stripe tower in the first photo, what on earth is it though? It could be a lighthouse, but seems too short for that, so maybe a lifeguard look out tower?
Oh how I would love to spend a Sunday walking at the beach, with beautiful blue skies like this - I bet it was lovely and warm as well. Torrential rain and gales we have forecast for the Weekend, it will be a very soggy post next Sunday!
