Yes, thanks for that! My 12 year old granddaughter fell in love with the musical Hamilton. She fancies herself something of a musical lover. I dug out all of my old playbills from all the musicals that I have seen on Broadway and she was astonished that musicals happened before she was born! It was really funny teaching her about some of the musicals that she had never even heard of.
I do not know anything about Hamilton. It's also normal for your niece not to know about our youth's music.
Showtunes never get out of date, do they? 😉
