What a pity that such beautiful buildings get abandoned. It's like we are destroying our history without even blinking..
This architecture makes me think of Spain. Would it be possible that these buildings were built by Spanish? Just asking :)

It is a shame but the good news i hear they are going to restore the building and turn it into a luxury hotel keeping the same design and the architectural work was done by a Italian architect very similar to Spanish architect not much difference so your not far of at all. Those green branches do give the place some character in the way it is :)
