Beautiful Sunday — a frisbee, a doodle and a golden afternoon
Today we had the most beautiful blue sky filled with autumn clouds and a promise of cooler weather. We took our dog, Abbey, to the park for some frisbee play. I don't know who is more tired, us or her.
Here's the park - notice those clouds!! Also, there is a pink frisbee flying. Unfortunately I wasn't quick enough to capture Abbey catching it.
It's difficult to see Abbey's face because she's so chocolate and her eyes are dark as well.
...life is better with a dog...

Cool clouds and cool dog!!! Still in the 80s here in NJ with a healthy dose of high humidity. Looks like you have some nice fall colors on the trees.
It was in the 80s here today too.....we still have on our air conditioner....ugh. We are supposed to get cooler temps tonight....but it was a beautiful day and windy. The colors are just turning now.....but unfortunately with the heat we lost leaves before they turned. I wonder what winter will bring.
Beautiful day to play with a pink frisbee. We had a busy weekend cleaning up after Nate passed through. 5 days of non-stop torrential rains. We had some of our construction washed out and part of our road washed out too. Back to work tomorrow...

I'm glad you are okay....Nate was pretty strong....I saw some of the flooding and whatnot on the news. Where are you at again?
Our weather is warning of a tropical cyclone for southern ontario?? I've never seen this warning before. It's for Nate....
Today was beautiful though - as you could see from the pics that the sky was amazing....full of clouds....as it turns out a precursor to a storm of some sort.
We are on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. And we got Nate's rain and not the wind. Thank goodness.

Idyllic :) Looks like a lot of fun. I had a little dog a few years ago and I still consider him my greatest teacher in life with regards to unconditional love. They are such wonderful beings!
Dogs are masters at showing unconditional love, so true. Faithful creatures. The day definitely was idyllic...I love the sky and it didn't disappoint....the evening gave us a fire in the sky sunset - I'll have to post that another day.
Yes those clouds in the sky are amazing. Looking forward to see the sunset pictures.
