What a fascinating derelict building, it’s quite funny they have security guards for it. So many places have rules about no photography but I have rarely heard of it being enforced.
I agree with you, old abandoned buildings are amazing to visit and think how they were in their prime - it would be incredible to see this building as a hotel in the future.

I suppose they have a lot of heritage items in them building and they don't want people destroying that as with no taking photos i always ignore that unless told so...lol :)
They have got plans on the way what a nice hotel it will be by the river.
