Home again, naturally!

We all miss our home. I missed it too! When I say home, I think of the city where I live. A city I left a year ago and now I have returned to it.

For more clarity, I must say that the city where I live is called Bucharest and is the capital of Romania. The happened that my quiet and spectacular life to change suddenly last year when I received a proposal to work in another city, Iasi, 400 kilometers from Bucharest.

A proposal that I accepted immediately and I did well, the time spent in Iasi was a win and a joy.

But no matter how good it is in one place ... it's not like home. At least that's my opinion. Fortunately, the escape in Iasi ended as suddenly as it started. Home again, naturally!

I celebrated this return by walking through the favorite park, Herastrau Park.

This Sunday was beautiful, a beautiful day in a beautiful autumn. A beautiful and sublime day because it was the first Sunday after almost a year away from home. A sublime day because it was a summer day in the middle of November! Usually, this time here, in Romania, it was the beginning of winter. With cold and snow!

I understood that everywhere was warmer than normal. Climate change is becoming more and more evident. The blue sky, the warm air and the colors of autumn made this walk unforgettable.

Everyone, men, women and children. Young and old. With dogs and very young children, everyone went for a walk.

The lakeside terraces and restaurants were ready and waiting for customers, just like on glorious summer days.

The blue lake shows its beauty. The blue of the sky is reflected in its waters and makes it even brighter.

Unfortunately, the boats and small boats were stopped and ready for winter, no one has foreseen the hot and beautiful days of now. We can't walk on the lake.

Only ducks and other waterfowl can afford to do that ...

Even a cat. I think he has some unclean thoughts about ducks. Anyway, I think it doesn't swim too well so the ducks are safe on the lake.

We still admire all that autumn has to do with the colors of the leaves. The park seems to be a story book!

Beauty can even make us tired. After several kilometers of walking, a few leaves picked up and resting on a bench. This is the end of a walk in a beautiful day not only because of beauty ...
