In search of Bao Gong | 寻找包公
有时在星期日，寻找吃就是乐趣。这是在四月的一个星期天寻觅一摊失踪的鱼汤米粉。去年回去发现关闭了。经过几个月慢慢上网搜索终于有结果。原来搬去不远的另一家咖啡店。就找个星期天吃个早晚餐。The car park were quite full and I had to park a bit further away and walk to this coffee shop.
停车场很满了，我不得不停得有点更远，走到这家咖啡店。
This is the sign just at the side to attract you.
他们就用这标志吸引你。
In the coffee shop, I ordered the noodles from the Baogao stall.
在咖啡店里，到了包公的摊位点了鱼汤米粉。
While seated at a table nearby, I saw another stall selling local snacks and cakes kind of food. Some of them are very traditional.
坐在旁边的桌子，我看到另一个小摊上卖当地的小吃和蛋糕种食物。其中一些是非常传统的糕点。
After some time, my bowls of noodles are served.
一下子，鱼汤米粉端过来了。
A simple wholesome and delicious fish soup noodles. I didn't order the XO version - meaning minus the liquor.
一个简单的健康和美味鱼汤的米粉。我没点 XO 版本-意思没加酒。
They give these pickled chilli with soy sauce which goes very well with the noodles.
他们给的这酸辣椒和酱油配米粉很好。

I know it's not a lot. I see there is no participation yet yet I'm not giving yet though after some time if there is really no interest, I'll stop the experiment. Since there was no participation the last time, I'm plan to double the amount of free steems to be given out for this week to 3 winners according to the same rules and process I mentioned in my launch post as provided above.
我知道这不是很多。 我看到没人有参于但是还是继续努力多几次。如果真过一段时间，真的没人有兴趣，我就会终止这实验。 由于上次没有参加，所以在这一次我计划双倍的steem给3位我根据上文提及的帖里提到的同样的规则和程序。

Oh it's beautiful Sunday. I'm gonna have go get some photos. Such a sunny day, windy as heck though.
I had some random walk architecture shoot yesterday too.
Need to organise them. Wind sort of makes a different kind of photos if you have a good enough camera.
I'm glad you were able to find your fish soup noodles. I bet they were delicious for you to research where they went. The furthest I've traveled for food is 3 hours for a croissant donut (my favorite food) at a grocery store found in limited areas.
I had to continuously search occasionally time to time to see if a new address come up. They didn't have that website before. In Singapore, eating is sort of national past time but many places won't be more than a couple of hours though I've travelled 4 hours to neighbouring Malaysia.

大中午的，看到这个好饿啊。。感觉不错，那个酱汁搭配看起来更有食欲。。
我多数下那辣椒。酱油就免了。辣椒已沾到点酱油了而汤也有味道了。
The food you have there is so intresting for me :)
to make is not too difficult. the soup flavours from the fish bones usually. getting the right taste os the tricky part. they choose to add some brandy here and people like it.
