As you can see my skin is white and this is why I have taken measures to avoid spots and

Recomendaciones para cuidarte del sol .
Como pueden ver mi piel es blanca y por esto he tomado medidas para evitar manchas y
pecas.

• No te expongas al sol en las horas del medio día .
• Hidrata .
  *Cubrete con sombrillas ,gafas de sol,sombrero
  *Usa protector solar .
  *Usa mascarillas de áloe vera en el cuerpo .
  *Cuando te depiles la piel ,no la expongas de inmediato al sol ,causaría brotes.
  *Cuando la exfolies ,usa luego crema hidratante para que no quede reseca .
  Para que no te expongas a cámaras bronceadoras ni al sol por horas para lograr un bronceado , tienes la opción de usar auto bronceadores .
