Beach Wednesday - Frozen Pond
A bit unusual #beachwednesday post, suitable for the season and mood we are in.
It's winter here and proper winter is cold and white.
Just like this frozen pond somewhere in the hills of Carinthia.
It's a quiet place, hidden from the local street by the small hill nearby. It must be a cozy retreat from the heat in the summer. Probably a swimming pool for kids, too.
I plan to return here in the spring to see the change. From white and frozen to lush green and so alive with renewed energy.

Yes. I do intend to come back in the off season. Cows and mushrooms 😊
