This riff was suggested by the amazing @dflo, and ima just run with it... because its kinda a hobby of mine. I am often inspired by textures and designs that i find in nature or the outside world, a type of "found" photo art.
I love to take a photo and enhance or edit it in a fantastical re-imagined image; an alternative secret fairy world where things are dark and ethereal or filled with color-filled prisms of light and infused with ambient energy!!!

yeah its a common trait in trees, this sort of random squiggle, like the trail of an insect or stretch marks, with starbursts where the wood tried to put out branches.

i like the idea of making this into a tag, a sort of archive of bark images. to me the designs in bark are like a mirror of the worlds architecture, patterns and hidden colors that can only be found thru hyper imposing the image on a digital canvas.

some tree patterns are fractal like, however some are uniquely their own. they do their own random thing with man and mother nature chipping in. collaborative art.
Sick I approve of this message, I love the idea too, sharing texture'sis always good. I have a fair amount of picture's of textures I could share too.
