The Noir Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-10-01
This post contains three contracts.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 470 usd to @shakilkhan. He promises to repay 500 usd. He shall pay 62.5 usd per week until 500 usd is reached. The first payment shall be Oct, 26th, 2018.
The money amounts are in terms of USD, but are transacted in SBD and/or Steem. The website coinmarketcap.com shall be used to determine the prices for purposes of payment.
The Bank retains the Owner key of @shakilkhan and shall return it when this loan is complete.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 120 steem to @steallion. They promise to repay 135 steem. They shall pay 5.625 steem per week until 135 steem is reached. The first payment shall be Oct. 9th, 2018.
@steallion shall hereafter be known as the lendee…
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new active and posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the loaned value.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 250 steem to @crystalhuman. He promises to repay 262.5 steem in one weeks time.
There shall be a penalty of 5 steem for each week late.
@crystalhuman shall offer up the following cards as collateral:
All Gold Foil
- 1: Alpha fire demon
- 1: Alpha mermaid
- 1: Beta Impaler
- 4: Alpha Tyrus Paladium
These cards shall be returned when this loan is complete.
This loan will complete the previous loan, so the Bank shall pay out 250 - 157.5 = 92.5 steem.
The previous cards shall be returned:
All Alpha and gold foil, and level 3
1 Serpent of the flame
1 Naga Warrior
1 Swamp Thing
1 Defender of truth
