Hello My Lovely Steemians ...Finally I am back after so many days. It is very hard to keep your self away from such and amazing and happening place, still was not feeling well enough to be active. Now on, I keep myself more active here to share and grab all the beautiful things happening here...

Last month I have visited my native place, and share many interesting stuffs, still I have few more things to share with you all...Today I am sharing you with a fruit called Bael in Hindi.

Bael also known as Aegle Marmelos, has lots of medicinal benefits. A fruit that grows in big trees and had a hard outer layer are Pulpy from inside. Because of the harder outer layer, it is also called as Wood Apple.

Bael tree grows very big in sizes and have lots of big thorns, people whosoever wanted to climb on the trees needed to take extra care because of spikes like thorn all over the places.

The fruit when raw in nature always hangs from the trees, once it get ripped it fell down onto the earth. In recent visit to may maternal uncle place, I tried to capture the fruits and the trees as well. One of my uncle climbed onto the trees to pluck the fruit for me.. He seems to be natural athlete that even at the age of 45+ he quickly climbed upon such big tree.

Bael juices are very common during summer, many cart cycle can be seen on the roadside , selling the juice.

With all the benefits Bael is an important plant and must for everyone. Bael is also known as Monkey Apple, due to the reason that many black faced monkey keeps trying to eat the fruit from the tree however unable to do so due to hard layer, and finally they throw them in the ground. Once fallen on the earth, the fruit get cracked.

Bael has also been used in many religious purpose. The leafes and the fuit are offered to to lord Shiva . The Bael trees has special mention in Vedas as well.

With so many benefits, it is must for everyone to have it whenever you get a chance.

I would love to keep sharing all the good stuff with my Steemian family. As I am active now, will get to see many things in coming days.

All the picture are original and have taken using my smartphone., during my recent visit.
