RE: Breathe in. Breath Out. Repeat and Rest.

You are not the only person who struggles with the ongoing difficulties of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA for short). Still there are so many options for it's management. Have you had sleep studies yet? Or seen a respiratory physician who could help you deal with it? CPAP or Continuous Positive Airway Pressure, can be provided these days with the tiniest little attachment to your nose at night: the deep sleep is worth it. It applies a bit of positive air pressure to keep the airways open. There may also be other options. Good luck!! 😊

Oh I know that I am not the only one @mysecondself01. :c)

Yes, I did take a sleep study, and yes some kind of CPAP is definitely recommended. What am I waiting for? I am moving sleep locations (and towns) in a month or two and it is killing my motivation to get one 'just' yet (leaning Philips).

I also admit that the notion of growing dependent upon the operation of such a machine does come with its concerns (which is one reason I'm leaning toward a model with a battery built-in). I don't fancy dying of suffocation by the treatment.

Those are all excuses. It needs to happen. I also feel it to be a major blow to my pride. That too is an excuse.

Thanks, both for the up-vote and your comment. ^_^
