Will there ever by a person born that can swim faster than a shark??

You know there is enough different between man and shark.  About 71 percent of the Earth's surface is water-covered, and the oceans hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth's water. You just think that men are not living in water. They need to learn how to swim. After a struggle they learn it. On the other hand shark learnt it from its born

That's it's power and for that Phelps failed. But hope there would be a person one day he could be able to swim faster then a shark.
