I'm tired of long posts, of walls of text. I don't know about you, but I've been feeling this barely palpable but intense urge lately. Like an ever-faster ticking clock that keeps reminding you of what is coming ahead. Since then I like dissecting topics like a greyhound is chasing rabbits, I'm going after their core.

Get ready for a short but intense post. Let go of everything for a moment. Breathe in, breathe out. Ready? Here we go.

This post is for you. I will show how you can be more efficient, more creative, how you can catch the optimal state and stay there. There exists a toolbox to lift humanity, to take it forward, and there are i.a. 3 mind hacks in it that you will get to learn now. You are enough and perfectly fit to start using this toolbox.

  1. Fix the past. Think of someone who hurt you in the past. Visualize the situation during a minute. Try to empathize with this person - maybe they had a bad day, maybe they were hurt by their parents, maybe something else. Now release this person, let him/her go and forgive.
  2. Fix the present. Take a deep breath in and out. Notice the objects in front of you for a moment. Their shape, smell, color etc.
  3. Fix the future. Take a pen and paper. Write "I am enough". Stick it to the wall. A tip is lipstick on the mirror!
