Traditional theme for the long controversy was to appear sometime in my blog. Although I do not consider myself a professional, but 15 years of trouble - free driving in Russia-they can be proud. The bill proposes to divide all into "professionals and Amateurs", and for access to freight and passenger transport to introduce separate training programs with exams not only in the category, but also on "professionalism".

Not to mention the fact that such a bill could destroy the market of driver training, and neutralize the benefits of the reform of training in recent years (which reduced the accident rate in "newcomers" by more than 40%).

But are all provided in the regulation of situations on the road. On the one hand, the excessive attention of the state and the growth of measures of responsibility are opposed to me, and on the other — ignoring the common sense of car owners forces to act harder!

Let's take the example of Switzerland, leading in terms of road safety in Europe. They made their bet on high fines, life-long driver's license deprivation, confiscation and deportation. Prison sentences for speeding, denationalization, and differentiated fines for the "rich," reaching hundreds of thousands of euros, make road safety a success.
