As I said in part one, it is only a warm up,I'm gonna show you some real monsters.

I pulled over on a big rest stop for truck drivers while i was again between Port Hedland and Newman.
They all were resting during the daytime.
From roughly about 10pm until 4am the main highway gets closed off in sections for all the public traffic.......(Info boards showing it along the way....plus you hear it in the radio.....if you listen to it......

It is part of a fixed plant for a mine site

As you can see it is not only high,it's wide as well and heavy,an awkward load.....

This load needs 2 trucks in front to pull the entire load and it's not only a flat road as you may think the Pilbara is.
After "Auski Roadhouse",there is quite an ascent, until you reach the plateau.

All this heavy equipment for the mines are coming in by big ships from China, then loaded up onto the road trains, delivered at the mine site and then assembled.

I guess this shed must be kind of a control-switch room.......

All this equipment is either for BHP,Rio Tinto or FMG which are the top 3 miners for Iron Ore in the Pilbara.
There are several small to midcap miners in the area too.

So that's it for this time, hope you all enjoyed it ........
