TXSheepDog72 is a youtube star and 1st amendment auditor. 1st amendment auditors test our constitutional rights by recording police officers on duty, and other government places from public areas. Btw skip ahead to the video or read to learn how I got into these 1st amendment auditors.
It was about two years ago I ran into some trouble with the law, my life took a course it would never come back from. I ended up learning a lot of our constitution and civil rights. What you will find is a plethora of 1st amendment auditor videos on YouTube, my favorites being ‘california Citizens watch’, this man TXSheepDog72, SAExtazyperez, and Furry Potato. There are many classic audits of police out there, which I find fascinating.
I did some research as to our rights and found out some important facts, or advantages we have as citizens of the US. #1 is our right to remain silent when being questioned by the police. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Keep your mouth shut.
The next is the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
The last is the burden of the state to prove guilt; your right to trial.
From what this attorney said was most cases he was presented with were tainted because the charged individual waived his right to remain silent and talked too much to the police. I understand it is important to remain cordial and friendly with law enforcement and to try your best not to anger police. What you will find in this community of auditors are tremendously courageous individuals who are not afraid to upset lawenforcement officials; some content honestly makes me squirm with feelings of uncomfort as it is just the level of competence you will find with some of these master auditors.
