[ASW Contest] An empty corridor in the ruins of Armero, a Colombian Ghost Town
This gloomy moss-covered walls have witnessed the tragedy of Armero, a Colombian town wiped from the face of the planet by a voilent eruption of a neighboring volcano, Nevado del Ruiz, that sent monstrous lahars down the valleys straight to the doomed settlement. It seems that this corridor was one of the few places that was not trapped by the immense flow of sediment and water that was mobilized from the slopes of Nevado del Ruìz ... who could have known it at that time? How many lives could have been saved? ... The crying of the empty corridor is heard...I only speculate and think about those dark moments that the inhabitants lived that day.
