Updating the way we think of ourselves enables us to change what we believe about ourselves, producing new feelings about ourselves, which gives us the courage and strength to change our lives. When you feel emotions, you can use the intervention gesture and ask the ninety percent what you are reacting to. At first, it is sometimes difficult to stop our automatic habit of reacting. With practice it becomes easier and easier. Interrupting automatic reactions updates our attitude about the experience and allows us to create new results in our lives. In this intervention process we can really identify life-long habits of reactions that have limited our personal growth and development and update them to produce the results we desire.
There are numerous laboratory and clinical studies which indicate the relation of nutrients to thought processes, especially logic and memory. Recent scientific studies conducted in universities have involved the evaluation of nutrients that activate neurotransmitters to aid in prolonging life and improving mental function. By taking advantage of scientific discoveries which have taken place in the past 40 years, the process of improvement in chronic complaints and overall health are accelerated. This is an era of great advances in healthcare and living healthier, yet all the marvelous cures in the world will not help if you are not willing to live a healthier life. The long term effects of smoking, drinking alcohol, sugared beverages, overeating and lack of exercise only interfere with maintaining a state of healthiness. There is an avalanche of information available about what a healthier existence involves. This program is designed to impact your mental processes and, consequently, your general health and wellbeing. What you are being provided in this reprogramming is a life plan that, put into daily practice, can vastly improve your entire sphere of wellbeing. These processes of intervention can be applied to eating habits just as easily as mental habits. Replacing old, unhealthy habits with new ones can be as easy as saluting yourself.
