Beautifully written! I wish more people would be open about their vulnerabilities because I believe those vulnerabilities are what make us human and unique. So there's no need to shy away from that on your path to healing. It's that raw version of you that you need, to discover the parts of you you want to work on :)

I too believe that being open with our vulnerabilities allows other humans to recognize that perfection isn't abundant and commonplace. So often we only see that picture-perfect aspect of a human's life experiences, and forget that they too experience dark days.
Being vulnerable allows our hearts to open to the qualms of others, and invites support along our own path. Thanks for connecting with this @tripswithtam
