In my opinion, this quote also applies to artists...especially the
"never make excuses" part.
As you cannot know in advance if at the end of the day your work will be satisfying you better start at once...

Working with digital tools as myself, you cannot whine about missing this color or that brush keeping you away from working.
But you could still complain about having slept badly and there are these noisy workers in your building...
or take as an excuse the meeting or other interferences to your creative process...
But let me tell you...there's only one thing that helps to go forward:
sit down - stand up - float in the air, whatever are your preferences,and start working, because the more you practise, the luckier you get.
