Eduardo Tovar, is a cartoonist and caricaturist. He was born in the state of Yaracuy, Venezuela. And he received his training in the city of Caracas. Studying artistic drawing and humorous drawing.

His work has the peculiarity of synthesizing the essence of the characters, capturing their spirit through representing them in their characteristic poses. I have known him for 9 years and I can say that he is an open, receptive and very generous person with his art.

I have done several courses with him, and his dedication is one hundred percent for the pupil to learn. I have also produced about three courses for him at the institution where I work. I share a gif, which shows his ability to translate personalities into graphic lines.
