Foldable A6 Monster Stat Card...?
I dabbled a bit with the format. Here's a double-sided foldable card version.
A5 print, folds to A6. Even on printer paper with just a bit of paste, it might make a decent play aid. Easy to flash the art to your players and still keep the stats secret. :^)
