Football is a game i love very much, if you give me a pen to write list of footballers i admire or know it will take me hours, the character in the picture is known for his skillful talent on the pictch and his name is RONALDINHO, he is a brazilian. I grew up to watch some of his highlights and each time i watch him play i always try to see if i could copy some of his skills and practice during training with my folz lol..😂 But trust me he is very unpredictable on the pitch, he has the ability to control ball on his chest despite the projectile movement of the ball. I love him for one thing he always SMILES on the pitch, aside football he is a very good dancer "Samba Boy"😁
He has played for several clubs and has left a remarkable imprint in their club history.

Materials used for this work are:

-Graphite pencil/mechanical pencil HB, 2B, 6B, and 10B
-Tissue paper and cutton bud
-Tortillion / paper blender
_Eraser

Well i took a very deep tone in my shading thats why the shade looks kinda dark and it was a late work so the images aren't that bright, but i hope you enjoy the shots anyways.

-After bringing out my sketch i darkened the hair and also used a form of shading called hatching //// and at some point on the hair i used scribbled shades

-I made use of my cutton bud, and paint brush to apply shades on the forehead
-The application of shade depends on the way we see it one needs to understand TONAL GRADATION because you will definitely need such concept while shading
-But first you need to study the tone of your reference image before proceeding into shading it.

-What i did in the previous stages are still thesame principles i used through out.
-I was able to achieve those veins on his face with the help of my eraser by cleaning the lines faintly and then i used my brush to blend it so that it wouldn't be too obvious

-Achieving this shirt wqs really challenging because it not easy to achieve those folds on the shirt.
-But my Eraser played a very key role in achieving it just like i did those veins on the face.

Safety Tips

-1 when shading ensure a paper is below your palm so as to avoid your hand prints on the work.
-2 Before you start a work ensure your hands are properly clean if possible wash you hands with soap 😁 because dirty hands can staine sensitive areas of your work
-3 avoid to much pressure on your paper
-4 When you get tired try and rest
-5 Avoid eating or drinking while working
