Hello all,
I participated again in @beekart's Art School 2
And I must say I learned a lot again this week ! Especially my first digital art manipulations :D

And 12 Poses :
I tried to go as much as possible in 1 line without removing the pencil too often from the paper, as @beekart recommended to @w0olf :)
(such poses can be found on posemaniacs and are a support for artists)
So yes, there is still some room for improvement but we are here to learn in the ART SCHOOL :)
This is it, I was happy that I finally made it :)
I hope there will be some more of you joining @w0olf and myself to make the students class a bit bigger in the coming weeks 😃 The lessons are really helpful!

I see you did the 12 poses! .. Congratz on that I'll send you 1 SBD after i'm done giving feedback here ;)
First; Thank you for participating! :) Glad to see/hear you learned something from it!
Some of the blind contours look really good, I would do them on a bigger paper though (these are small size right? ) so you have the freedom of size.. too often do I see people draw cramped or wicked proportions just because the paper is too small :D But the fact that you did all 12 is great!
I kind of miss the 2 other portraits (homework said 3!) ;)
I realize it took quite a bit of time for you to do them,, which is fine! :) Next time ull be faster.
The reason why is never ask for just 1 is so i can compare them among one another and see if someone really understand what he/she is doing.
I think you did quite good on the portrait, try to focus on grouping the shapes together that are of the same value. Especially in the most simplified version of the portrait things get weirdly grouped. The eye sockets are 'dark' the cheeks are very pale/white, those should be seperated if you'd simplify them by value. :D I hope that makes sense? It is fairly hard to explain i guess !
I would love to see you try again with the portraits it will really help you learn.

Indeed, the 12 boxes were very (too) small...
And for the simplification, thank you for pointing out the weird grouping. you spotted it correctly, while doing it I had indeed some difficulties evaluating what the exact objective is, make original shapes, or identify colours. (I could have re-read your explanaitions ...)
And yes, I did only 1 due to time constraint. I'll do some more separately !

You can draw your own version maybe 😀
You simply need to search for "posemaniacs" and redraw the shapes, just the outside borders of the bodies.
Omg these are so good and interesting.. I am a crafter love art and craft but its not my profession.. But this work is also motivational for me.. Thanx for sharing
