There are many initiatives ran by Steemit's many amazing communities that focus on helping out new people in the platform. Especially those with commendable talents in their respective topics. Some of those are great authors, artists, photographers, writers, vloggers, etc. @artguildph is just one of the many communities supporting Artists, and supporting Filipinos.

One of our primary aim is to recognize and nurture talented artists brewing from the Filipino community and we're using this account to do that. With your support, we can easily achieve that goal.

How to Support the Guild?

This is very simple, just use the tag #artguildph in any of your art-related posts, especially if you're a Filipino. This helps the group find your posts easily amongst the many newly created content in Steemit.

Our handlers also have access to different curation groups and communities; or have partnership with them. Which makes it easier to reward content creators who utilize the #artguildph tag.

How Does the Guild Support You?

We have been supporting our artists in many different ways. In little ways to bigger methods. Here are some efforts we've done in the past and have been doing continuously:

• Upvote posts using the #artguildph tag with our personal accounts.
• Upvote posts using the #artguildph tag with the @artguildph account.
• Being able to use @bayanihan to reward posts using #philippines tag under the #artguildph tag. This is an easier tag to sift through for Filipino artists rather than the #art tag.
• Promoting their content through artist features and post features.
• Running contests and offering rewards to joiners and winners.
• Referring artists to different groups for growth not just in rewards but also in learning and nurturing their talents.
• Referring posts to curators such as those from @curie and @sndbox-alpha / @sndbox.
• Referring people into curation and incubator groups like @bayanihan and @sndbox.
• Making Steemians moderators in @artguildph and other groups.
• Provide support to our members' projects through fundraising and spreading awareness.

We're also planning to split up our efforts into 3 main categories: arts, photography, and writing. All those 3 topics well fall under ART. We will be posting more information about that soon.
