A day to swim
Hi all! How have they been these days? I was absent or because of the national blackout [Again ...], this time it was only for one day, but the light came to my house today because the light cables are almost the age of my grandmother, there have been strong winds and They caused some light cords to fall right in front of my house door.
In these days without a computer, I tried to do something traditional, so I looked for my watercolors and set out to make a landscape, something like a small lake, that was my main idea. For this I do not have much step by step [Sorry for the darkness of the photos, it was night again ...] due to the battery of the phone.
I made a simple sketch on the sheet for acuralas although I finished the sheets that had a little more gramage, this worked well, enough water and the palette to start. I wanted a bet of sun but then I decided to go for an ambience a few hours earlier. So I left the sky very blue.
I used a lot of green and some yellow tones for the trees, the mountains that are far more bluish in the distance. For the water I was exchanging some blue, green and some yellow tones to try to reflect a little the trees that I had made that are not so detailed but it can be associated that they are trees, I made some ducklings [I had never made ducklings, to tell the truth the I made very simple].
I retouched some things, it still does not convince me but I am learning to use watercolors I hope to improve over time. Some white tones others darker I adjusted to the ducklings, I made them whiter XD, the reflections of the water. The paper had some undulations, but after a while drying it was removed.

Shaluditos.
