A prueba de fuego ha de ser mi alma,
para sobreponerme a la inclemencia del tiempo,
para actuar con mesura, y evidente calma,
para que los actos desaforados de otros, en el intento
psicológicamente no me calcinen,
tal como ocurre con desbastadores incendios,
razón por lo que la naturaleza va en declive.

La fe y esperanza de una tierra mejor,
tal como el Creador lo promete, inclusive,
del daño transitorio del malhechor me inhibe,
magnífica coraza, pues, me da protección.
