My cat with watercolor
Hello friends!
I continue experiments with paper 185 gr Arches. Today I tried to wet both sides of the paper. This was not very good, because it is still very thin for such a technique. The second picture shows how it shines through some spots. In general, it is better to wet such thin paper only on one side.
Today I drew my cat. His name is Umka, as in the eponymous Soviet cartoon film about the polar bear. This cartoon is loved by all Russian children. He is wonderful, very kind and beautiful. The cat was named after the bear, because it is fluffy and completely white. This is his favorite place on the window. There he "hunts" birds:)

Yo últimamente trabajo con papeles de 350gr que tengo que grapar sobre bastidor reforzado con chapa de madera. El resultado es magnífico. Con papeles de 185 gr suelo graparlos sobre una chapa de madera con bastantes grapas y, previamente he metido y sacado rápidamente el papel de la bañera lo dejo escurrir por un pico, luego por el pico opuesto y a grapar al tablero. Si grapo papeles gruesos(350gr...) en chapa de madera, entonces el papel tira tan fuerte que a veces raja por donde están las grapas y todo el papel se afloja. Ánimo, eres una gran acuarelista.
Gracias por este detallado asesoramiento. También me gusta tomar papel en la tableta, pero por ahora, desafortunadamente, el papel de acuarela es un lujo para mí, así que lo corté en pedazos. Pero, tal vez algún día yo gane más, y nuevamente comenzaré a usarlo en la tableta. Gracias de nuevo:)
