Thanks @twirble for that kind compliment - are you referring to Kernersville NC? If so thats INSANE cause thats right next door to us - we bought some sparklers so we will definitely be playing around with those -- And our friends are out of town this year, usually we like to get with them and go out to watch some illegal ones somewhere - HAH - I guess we are going to have to fend for ourselves this year! I meant Koreatown in Los Angeles; lol! I have always wanted to go to the Carolina's; the nature there looks so lush and beautiful. You have fun; don't get into too much trouble!!
LOL you too! We call Kernersville here "K-Ville" so I just had to ask 'cause you have to admit it would be a small world - right?! Super cool though - my boyfriend was born in San Diego so he loves California and talks it up - I hope to get to be able to visit there and see it all myself - sounds amazing and everything you see looks so badass lol - You stay outta trouble too - have a great time!
I have lived in LA three separate years but never been to San Diego; I hear it is really nice. One thing I love about the LA area is you never see all of it. You think you have seen it all and then you find another little neighborhood or beach or cool bar you have never been to. You can live in the same city for years and never stop traveling.
That's really cool about LA - here where I am from there is a good amount to do if you travel like an hour our three hours either east or west - you have mountains to the west and Ocean to the east. But here in town - there is pretty much no magical new places to be discovered lol.. I love to travel - we just don't get to do it as much due to the costs these days - but hopefully the steemit platform can help me earn some extra money doing the things I love to do and we can eventually get to the point where we can travel more! Well sometimes magical places outside of town are better. The happiest times of mylife I lived in the woods. I just do not drive do it is hard.
