Beachside Café
It's not a picture of a traditional house, nor a place where fishermen take shelter. It is the cafes built by the local community to meet the needs of his life. How could it be? Could be, because the number of beach visitors on every holiday has provided an opportunity for people to seek sustenance from simple cafes, beside the beach.
Lancok, is the name of the place that goes into the territory of North Aceh. It is a village area, its people consist of fishermen, and people with weak economies. But the economic weakness has given them the creativity to profit their way. Their minds are not as poor as their lives. I salute.
The simple cafes raw materials were made with bamboo, for the wall, and at the foot of the house, they used stronger raw materials, such as nibong trees, much like a coconut tree.
I saw this beautiful scene in the afternoon, when young people who had spent time in these cafes started to go home as dusk was coming. No activities at night. These cafes only serve visitors until 6 pm.
If you go to these beachside cafes, you will enjoy seafood menus, such as grilled fish, fried squid, grilled / fried shrimp, Aceh noodles and more. As a drink, you can order young coconut juice or other juice, cane water and soft drinks.
