The Chinese army has arrived on the street outside Buddy's little apartment. Detective Aaron is not glad to see them. He fears the worst - a political incident that could lead to World War 3.

Something appears to have escalated quickly. Might have to go dig up the pages I missed.
Basically there's a cold war going on between China and USA. Peace talks were sabotaged, and the apparently American android Lisa was blamed by the media. Aaron suspects that's wrong, and reasons, if the android is killed while being apprehended no one will know the truth and tensions will rise.
