The #BlockSketch Challenge
This week we're looking for your best original blockchain sketch. How would you illustrate "blockchain" if you had only 1 sketch or drawing to explain it? Would it be a web pattern, some sort of futuristic geometry, a fist held high into the air, maybe a library book card, or even a simple handshake?

The Blockchain network has always reminded me of neural networks in the brain. That's why I can't see any difference in the way I compare the blockchain network image with the following image. The communication structure inside the brain, the transfer of neurons and the storage of information in different regions within the brain show me similarities with the blockchain.

This sketch is basically my introduction for a larger project to explain blockchain using gear. Why gear? Because it enables the interconnectivity of other moving gears. Apart from that, the size and speed rotation of the gear has similar purposes of blockchain and decentralized application. Each gear serve its own purpose just like DApps. When all the interconnected gears move, it basically represents the Steem Blockchain itself.
