From hand to hand (a new sketch) ^_^

Here in the area where I live (Tuscany, in the center of Italy) the Autumns seems to be just around the corner. The air is fresh, especially in the night and this is good to sleep better than in Summer and to have more energy to work on my pieces.

Today I worked on a idea I had for a new illustration that could connect a couple of my favorite themes: the houses and the nature.

This is the sketch I made it:

To sketch this illustration about an house (with a plant) that is growing in a hand I took a pic of my own hands in the same pose I wanted:

I think I'll work on this sketch using my pencils before to paint a similar scenes using the oil colors (my favorite medium).

Stay tuned to see the next steps f this illustration, but before to close this content, I want to share with you a pic I took yesterday night, during a nice event in my city.

Some italian comic artists were in a book shop to show to citizens how they work! It was a great opportunity to observe them at work and I also learned a couple of things ;)
