How To Paint A "CONCEPT" Art? Step by Step Process of the Acrylic Painting on Canvas "The Journey" of a company

Dear Steemians,

Today I am posting a very interesting painting project assigned to me by our company CEO, 'Abhay Gupte' to adorn his cabin. The concept brief was given to me and one of my colleague who is a good visualiser.

Brief on the concept:

Story of Manipal Technologies Limited’s journey from modest beginnings as a back-office print house to a future focused, world-class Technology Solutions Provider. 

The journey that showcases The Group's Core Values, Employee Friendly Culture & Risk Taking Abilities.

This is the initial sketch drawn based on the inputs given capturing all the elements for the drawing.

The painting visualises 

• The hallway signifies the timeline of the Organization from its inception till date
• The book shelves on either side depicts the core business beginnings - Printing Technology
• The path is lit by 5 light sources which will denote the “5 core values” which have been guiding the Organization
• The male model's expression of looking eagerly into the Laptop and the Tablet next to him shows :  looking into the future and use of Technologies 
• The bare feet – to show that the organization has the ability to take risks (treading on the unknown path..)
• The coffee mug depicts a stress free work environment 

The drawing process:

The roof and the floor proportion is planned

The book racks are drawn here

The book shape and color is roughly painted

The lighting effect on the man's costume is painted at this stage

The shade effect is given and laptop, coffee mugs are painted at this stage

This is the completed painting.
