I agree so much with you @vangelov. I use the same tactic - I stop if I feel I need it. There is no point to push myself to the limits to find that I will still need to re-do it. From my experience, it will never work right if you are too pushy. My mantra do your best every single moment and stop to rest if you need it%)) So far it works for me%)
