RE: There Is A Pizzagate Near You
My therapy was for those who suffer PTSD, that was way back in the 90s and didn't work very well, it was cognitive based therapy and didn't go as deep as right samadhi can...thank you for the data, I'll check them out. I also did closed group survivor work and worked with a lot of adults who were ritually abused by their family, what people call satanism. I did years of 12 step work with Al Anon as well.
It sounds like you did your healing process in reverse of me.
I did Buddhism first, then learned about CPTSD.
Understanding CPTSD gave me a name, a handle, on what the issue was, and then I could use my meditative tools on it.
I am very glad pizza-gate has come along. Because, even three years ago, people weren't even available to believe that something so evil could exist.
No one wants to hear our stories but they can watch the most violent sexual entertainment one can imagine.
I did the allopathic and modern psychological path way first, about a year of intense one on one and group work, along with meds and then went to the ancient ways of healing through food, exercising, and the spiritual path.
I'm doing pretty good but the stress from living with people we would call psychopaths or sociopaths and their enablers took a toll on my body. Happily my mind is doing better than ever before. I'm getting older but my mind is getting younger!!!
