Art Project With E And Red Dust -- Pokemon Series

Second layer of color is done with Horsea and Seadra Pokemon. I'm using watercolor with gouache on mixed media paper. The colors are complimtary blues with oranges, yellows with purple. The last layer will deal with shadows, highlights, and cleaning up the lines.

E who is my seven year old granddaughter, still has to finish her color, she is working with water color on drawing paper and learning the paper is too fragile for water. I didn't say anything because I want her to experience mistakes and move on, learn the discipline of strong determination.
