Once again this morning, Facebook took me back to three years ago, when I had just three pencils, when I didn't even have a fairly decent camera to take photos of my work. Drawing then was just a hobby, I never expected it would turn out as a full time profession for me. Though the skill level is far better now, the passion has stayed the same. I have always loved to draw, started as early as five years or so. I'm not there yet, I want to look back at where I am now in a few years and have reasons to be thankful and proud of myself.

I made this portrait exactly three years ago for my very good friend Tolu, he really loved it! Here's the only progress shot I could find, forgive the quality.
