Cosmic Fractals in B&W
The last couple of days I have been delving in the amazing world of fractals, with renewed interest. I am still trying to get the grips of JWildFire, as wrote in a previous post; I want to understand how each control works and the effect it has, and not rely on randomly dragging sliders around.
For starters I tried b&w palette, I always loved the contrast of blacks & whites especially on ink drawings. The fractals I experimented upon reminded me of space scenes, with distant stars and nebulas, so the theme of this post is rather.. cosmic!
Every image made with JWildFire, rendering time for each one is ~10mins at 1600x1200. You can right-click on the image and select "open in new tab" to see the details.
