Entirely encrypted, decentralized, and anonymous internet that cannot be censored by anyone, and definitely cannot be affected by any rollback of Net Neutrality. Indeed, attacks on Net Neutrality will only hasten its creation.

Lets call it something like Internet10.0 This will be one of the Holy Grails of technology of the next half century.
