Haha he is back! I too have become a good sifter. Recently I let my guard down and let in the negativity not sure why. Although I think I have been out more this month and drunk more alcohol plus eaten more unhealthy foods. This has a massive effect on your mental health, also I have not been doing my Reiki recently. Time to get back on it all spring detox haha 💯🐒
