What would you write?
This animation talks about how you can... with little acts or situations know about your feelings. As you can see 2 persons who are looking at a wall, in that wall, they found that there are negative thoughts written on it.
So They decided to erase them and rewrite them.

Esta animacion habla sobre como con pequeños actos o situaciones, puedes saber acerca de tus sentimientos o intenciones. Como pueden ver 2 personas quienes estan mirando una pared, en esa pared ellos encuentran pensamientos negativos escritos en el. Así que ellos deciden borrarlos y reescribirlos.
